As discussed in one of my previous posts, I am a fan of stories, and topics, and essays. I like The Moth because of this. I think that we all have a story, and sometimes we just need to find the words to say it. Essays are much the same; give me a topic and I can tell you what I think. My friend, Bianca, recently came up with the idea to do this. Every so often we give each other a word and we must write about it. I figured since I need to shoot some life into this place of mine that I would publish them here. I’m going to call them The Monaco Essays. The first topic, for me, is “Normal”.
And for those wondering, the topic I gave her was “Words”.
